We Do Not and Cannot Guarantee Delivery Time for International &/or APO Addresses. Once the package has been shipped any delays with customs or government holds are not our responsibility. In these cases it is out of our control.

Ground Shipping is not a guaranteed shipping method, if trying to get a package there by an exact date express shipping is required in order to gaurantee arrival. Ground shipping times are an estimated, and transit times may vary. Please call to check arrival time frames prior to ordering.
Make sure address is correct, if an address change is needed or requested Cardholder will be billed a $5.00 fee for this correction as UPS charges to change addresses on packages once they have been shipped.
Please Note: For International rates the rates above do not include customs or duties which may be applied once it arrives. APO Shipping Address are accepted and shipped via USPS Priority. Please choose the ground UPS Service if this shipping method is needed.
